We want to make sure that your purchase on our website is optimal. That’s why we made a quick and easy return possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased from our online store within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The articles must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with applied labels and in their original packaging.
Products belonging to the same order must be returned in a single package. In addition, returns must be shipped from the same country of delivery as there are no additional processing costs.

NSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
You must complete the printed return form found on the original delivery note and enclose it with the return. If you can not find the form, you can contact us.
- Your items must be securely packaged, if possible in the original packaging of the order, otherwise in packaging suitable for shipping.
- Use the return label from the original packaging of the order.
- Items must be returned to Swiss Post within 15 days from the delivery date, regardless of which shipping method and which courier were originally used.
We check and accept your order within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of your return. If the credit has been initiated, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you have ordered by cash on delivery, we ask you to provide your bank details to this address info@vestoz.com we will need this information to make the refund:
– account owner
– Name of the bank
– IBAN
– SWIFT Code / BIC
– Order number
The refund you receive covers both the cost of the returned items and the original shipping cost. For our return service you will be deducted an amount corresponding to the shipping costs of the order. (If you have used free shipping, the return is free.)
Note: We can arrange the refund only with the same payment method used for the original purchase. For cash on delivery (if available) the refund will be made by bank transfer.
How long it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on the method of payment used during the purchase and the local bank procedures.
For tracking and insurance reasons, we recommend using the above procedure and courier for returns.

If you choose a different courier or other shipping method for the return, you pay all shipping costs and have to pay in advance.
VESTOZ will not be liable for any refund or compensation if packages are lost, stolen, improperly handled or damaged during return.
